My favorite acoustic needs a LOT of work... does anyone work on those locally?

It's a Penco (made by Hoshino) Martin copy, concert-size body, solid spruce top, mahogany neck back & sides, rosewood fretboard, jumbo Gibson-style frets, made in mid-70's. I left it on it's stand last summer, next to the front door, and the humidity appears to have bellied the top out just behind the bridge. Can that be fixed? The guitar has a value of approx. $175.00 on E-bay, so I can't spend hundreds to have her repaired, but I was just heartbroken when I saw the damage. I've had her for almost 20 years, ,I got her from a friend, and most importantly, I've written maybe 300 songs with her in my lap. I'm sure many of you have "bonded" with an instrument like this. She bears the scars of different pickup "experiments," and the odd campfire singalong, and never did look pretty to begin with, but I'd put her up against any Martin under $1000 sound-wise. Anyway, I'm looking into a top reset, probably, and it needs new frets in the "cowboy chord" area (the first 5 or 6 frets). Anybody know anybody?----->JMS

I second the motion on that. Paul has done many repairs for me, as well as painted several of my guitars.
