I'm looking for a raw 12" speaker model with these approximate specs:
70hz-12khz+ frequency response
300-400 watts RMS
sensitivity around 100db @1w/1m
No coaxial horns, please, but coaxial paper will work
I am modding a small EV SB120a powered sub cabinet to turn it into an amp for a modeling guitar floor processor. Its one of their standard-design plastic trapezoidal sub cabs which is not much different from their full range cabs.
I am presently using an EVM12L which goes to 7Khz, but its a little weak on the high end when doing acoustic and other HF sounds.
