That post above is the real answer with stopping tendonitis because I had a friend who wore them when we played baseball, but I have also known people who wear them on their calves to prevent shin splints. Obviously people wear them now because everyone else is doing it kind of deal.

you can download audacity (its free) and just record while playing the video on youtube.. just go down to your speaker settings and make sure nothing is muted and it should pick it up.. i have gotten alot of cool songs this way

Well its hard to finish sentences when shes too busy crying after every performance. The funniest thing I've ever seen her do is laugh is someone's face for like 5 minutes, I think it was this year but I don't know if it was a repeat because it was on at my work.
