My old band opened for them in the late 90s. They're better than washed up hair bands.

Actually, I'd say the band spends a majority of their time practicing, creating and mastering their craft. On top of that, 9 out of 10 bands also take time to market their shows via social networking, online advertising and promotion and good old fashioned fliers. So is it too much to ask for the ve...

Isn't the bands "end of the legwork" showing up and entertaining, not selling tickets?

Hey Kayla, a "bellied" top could be a sign of a loose brace on the inside. Take a mirror and a light and check it out.

Definitely repairable. The bridge needs to be heated off, then the glue needs cleaned off of both the top of the guitar and the bottom of the bridge. After that, reglue the bridge, being sure the placement is precise as not to screw up the scale or intonation. Whatever you do , DO NOT use gorilla gl...

Having a thin bodied acoustic and it sounding good is kinda a contradiction. If you like your current acoustic, I would recommend having someone give it a good setup. That could make a world of difference.

I would think it would be hard to have an all ages AND BYOB. After the booze is inside, who's gonna control who drinks it. That will come back on the venue's liability. That's a tough sell. Good luck.

This has a solid top which is nice for a $200 instrument. Epiphone's usually come set up fairly nice. This would be my pick for an inexpensive player

any guess on how much it would cost to get fixed? i'm guessing 150- 200, plus time and fuel to run to curwensville Not sure on the cost. I definitely don't want to quote for someone else. I have seen his repair on a neck-through bass that was literally splintered into several pieces. That fix also ...

Definitely could be fixed. If fixed right, there will be no worries on the integrity of it. The glue joint will be stronger than the wood. I would take it to Marc Prave in Curwensville. He's the best luthier around.
