I wouldn't say the initial post was arrogant. Very experienced and learn songs quickly were really the only description of your playing. You might have been bragging about your gear but if ya got the receipts so be it, lol. As far as the rest just to the point about what you are lookin for. Good luck

seismic audio snake versus Rapco

OK a Seismic Audio 16 channel snake on a reel can be had on ebay for about $350, a Rapco snake on a reel $750. Any words of wisdom here ?

Do ya always get what ya pay for or do ya pay too much sometimes ?

And FYI an SH-4 is the JB model with an output of over 16k. That puts it squarely in the realm of the "super duper distortion models". True an SH-4 would be about the limit. I was thinkin The Invader and that level pickup is a definate No. The Alnico Pro II's should fit into the style I'm...

Something in a matched set only, black or cream, enough wire left to hook up and lets be reasonable on pric...

Martin for Martin trade

Probably slim chance but WTF, I have a Martin DCPA4R and am looking to trade for something with a 000 or OM body. The DCPA4R is made in Nazareth, Pa. Has all solid wood construction, Spruce top and Rosewood back and sides. The necks are a more modern design than the traditional Martin neck, slightly...

The reason American made is more expensive, is because American workers make more money that over seas. You want American, you gotta pay more. Agree 100%. Well said tonefight. gibson and other major companies probably also have some skeletons in the closet. Gibson bought Dobro and makes cheap models overseas, you can buy a US made Dobro made by Gibson for about $1500 wich is a little pricey but not as bad as the overpricing to get a US made Guild or ...

I love strats and my vintage fender amp but..... Fender is a disgusting company. First off American made strats are way overpriced and the profit isn't going to the american worker. They bought Tacoma guitars ( manufactured in Seatle ) in 2006 and shut them down shortly after the failed attempt to h...

It could work on a short term basis (a couple special shows)in the area but long term you would definatly have to travel. A select group will come check it out but I doubt there is a good market for it in the area.
Just my opinion, not meant to offend.
