I like that Tele that's all beat up. It reminds me of the Fender Joe Strummer Tele.
Music Emporium has or had one and I had the oppurtunity to hold it and I gotta tell you, the Fender Custom Shop did an amazing job on aging and relic'ing it.
It definitely had that played in vibe to it, like it's been on tour around the world for about 20 years.

Ya, that's what I wondered when we happened upon the site. Some pretty
heavyweight clientele, and they are dang pricey. If you happened to read
through the ABOUT it goes through how they came about, etc.

There are some live vids in the ARTIST section.

What was odd to me is that there are no Strat-shaped guitars. Precision-y
basses, though.
