The headstock looks like a Dean to me. Oh well, I think Penny's sells them as well, so it's all the same.

Dave I hear ya man! They are nice looking guitars, I just dont like the neck profile, the small frets, and the short scale.

Dean have some awesome finishes on their guitars though. And what amazes me is that they are made in Korea. That's a testament to how the craftmanship has progressed in the last 10-15 years, not only for Korea, but India as well.
Anything Made in Japan has pretty much always rivaled the US counterparts, so we all know it's good there.

"Get your Wings" always sounded like a slogan for Maxi-pads to me!
