One of my brothers practically knew every line of every episode from their TV series. That series and the comedy show "SCTV" were the funniest things ever on TV. I miss the 70's.

The Pythons were like a comedy juggernaut. They were so stupendously silly, they were brilliant... acting stupid requires great intelligence to pull it off.
Anybody like The Life Of Brian? It was such a commentary on religion and society's views of it, that it was banned in many places here in the US. If you watched it, you got that it wasn't about sacriledge, it was about poking at people's desire to not question anything about religion. I don't think it was quite as funny as The Holy Grail, but it was funny in a thought-provoking way.--->JMS

My personal favorite. It still kills me that in that period of time they named people Brian, Stan, Reg, and Roger. The Pontius Pilate scenes were the funniest ever put on film. "Welease Woger."

Life of Brian was a great movie.. There are so many scenes in that movie that make me laugh.

The meaning of life was pretty good also ...
