Stay the course.

That's it, exactly. He could never lead me, because he's too stuck on himself. Son of a prominent lawyer/judge, and trust-fund baby. How many marriages? Doctor shopper for Vicodins and Oxy's. Quit college, but is the self-acknowedged expert on everything. 400 million-dollar man with a private jet and castle home, who knows what's best for the little guy.RobTheDrummer wrote: total narcissist.
So you are claiming that atheists are so well versed in Biblical verses that one could go there for real Biblical scholarship? How far will you go out into fantasy land to make a point?songsmith wrote:Actually, an atheist convention would be a very good place to get objective views on Bible verses. They're not bound by ideology or ritual. They have nothing invested, and therefore, nothing to lose. They don't have to worry about angering God and going to Hell.
Who do you think I'd get an objective view of Rush from? I've posted links for Newsweek and The American Conservative... I'd post something from The Limbaugh Letter, but it's the literary equivalent of auto-fellatio.--->JMS
Nope, I'm claiming that they don't have to believe in the Tooth Fairy to know what the Tooth Fairy is. They're not dependent on the Tooth Fairy for nickels, and have guessed that Mommy is really putting the money under their pillow. They don't have to worry what the Tooth Fairy thinks. You, of course, are free to believe whatever you like.undercoverjoe wrote:[So you are claiming that atheists are so well versed in Biblical verses that one could go there for real Biblical scholarship? He knows his days are numbered, too. You can tell by how hard he's ratcheted up his rhetoric, when he knows it's falling on deaf ears. He's on his ninth life, and the next one will be his downfall.
Bring on somebody else. Put Ron Paul on the radio. I could listen to the guy talk all day long. It wasn't his fault he decided to go with the GOP instead of running as the independent he is, I think that was his handlers' choice. He has a great speaking voice, is a doctor (and not a "doctor" of enthnobotany, like a certain wacky Savage), and actually reads outside the closed-circuit world of the far-right. The man has good ideas, not self-aggrandizing pablum. Give somebody a show that cuts right down the middle, instead of pandering to the dim-bulbs and whacko's.--->JMS
I look at Nancy Pelosi the same way - talks out of both sides of her face, it's quite entertaining. Hipocrasy abounds. I turn the channel or turn it off.EErnst wrote:what get me about Limbaugh, and always has, is that he talks and acts like an entertainer. He's loud, obnoxious, and gets peoples attention.
