big thanks!!!

Hey, for those of you who didnt know, Over the past few weeks ive been dealing with some pretty crazy shit. I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes and also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I wanted to sincerely thank all the people who have helped me out with all of this. Mainly my wonderful new girlfriend Jess, my bandmates from blackout, and my family for being there for me and helping me get around. I was blind as a bat and finally had my first surgery today on my left eye. I feel great now that i can see at least out of that eye. I go back shortly for my second surgery and hopefully that will be the end of it. It sucked having to be led on and off stage and guided around, but there was no way i would cancel a show due to it. I was told not to play this weekend, but you can still count on blackout rocking the bierhaus this weekend, and i will still be fronting the band. So, again, from the bottom of my heart, thanks everyone. Jess, randy, vicky, skull, eric my mom, and my sisters especially

Its super that you are getting better. Are you getting one lens implant for near sight, and one for far sight? That is how I have my lens after my cataract surgeries. I had cataracts in my 40's , so did my dad and sister, although the docs say it does not run in families.

Ken, it was great seeing you guys Thursday night and a bit of a shock to find all this stuff out. (Ken's lost over a hundred lbs and I almost didn't know him). Sounds like you'er gonna "break on through to the other side". All the best.

Ken,

Glad to hear it's working out. Impressive to keep going. Something for
people to learn from. All the best with the next surgery.

Thats some heavy stuff to go through Ken, and it seems as though you are handling it very well.
I hope that everything starts going your way, and you make a quick recovery from this.

hey, thanks a lot guys. It's been a real pain in the ass not being able to see past my nose for the past couple weeks, but i can finally get on here and get back to talking to people that ive missed talking to. I look forward to talking to everyone and being able to see everyone, as well as go out and see bands again, because thats something that ive misssed doing.

You don't need to imagine. Just close your eyes and walk around. :P
