Not talking about anyone named Will, or 'wills' as a choice or action, but I'm talking about the actual "last will and testament" type stuff.
Some of you guys are older gents and may have done this, whats the first step?

Assuming that you don't need to worry about the Death Tax:
Search & download several editable Last Will standard legal form outlines from the internet and see which one is most applicable to your situation.
Fill in the blanks, print a copy and go over it with a fine toothed comb.
Once you have covered all your bases and you have a document you like, go to the county courthouse to the office of Registrar of Wills and they will register it for a small fee.
