All these things kill, or have the potential to kill, so I think we should save the people from themselves and pass legislation to outlaw all of these things.
Classic. "Its not enough, so lets not do it at all" with a side of "free association on the word 'kill'".

You didn't even bother to address any part of my post.
Because you don't even get the point that people kill people.

marijuana has been illegal since the 30's. i can call probably 3 or 4 people right now this very instant and buy some weed. yup. that law banning it suuuuure did work. why shouldn't we spend more money on a law banning weapons so that 70 or 80 years from now, it's the same story as pot?

I was on a flight on Monday from St. Louis to D.C. and I sat beside the Executive Director of the Office of Advancement for the NRA.

He seemed like a nice guy for a "right wing nut job".

I have to laugh every time I read "right wing nut job" or "left wing nut job". It sounds like the punchline to a dirty chicken joke. lol.
... and then the wheel fell off.

I was at the NRA Headquarters in Fairfax last week and bought a hat....

Does that make me right or left wing nut job? Or cause it was a hat am I more of a head case?

Either way I'm happy to report I got my M4 last week with my tax refund, but now like Chris Rock predicted bullets are $5000.00 a piece so I won't be wasting any bullets anytime soon haha

Only makes sense if you believe you can't push for a better future (small minded).

That's right "people kill people" that's why we need to regulate & restrict dangerous weapons.

Knifes, lawn mowers, automobiles, airplanes, alfalfa sprouts, cigarettes, climbing ladders......all of these things have killed people, lets regulate them all. Restrict them all. No more cars, flying in airplanes, cutting you food..........

This what I mean by gun control.

HOUSTON -- A 7-year-old boy has died after authorities say he was shot by a married couple who thought he and others who were off-roading were trespassing on their property.

Are you suggesting that we ban shotguns now?

I'd like to ban idiots like this from getting guns. But I'm sure that's unconstitutional

Yes, that's called people control. Its much more effective than gun control.
