I'm hearing excellent buzz about this movie, I want to see it in the theater, at least until I get my Blu-Ray. I've been building my home theater all summer, 1080p and Hi-Def cable RULES (except for the j-j-j-j-j-j-j-j-j-jittery signal, which just started the other day).--->JMS

Have you heard that the blu-ray might die? Very sad. More people need to adopt it or it may get tanked. They're citing low sales and slow adoption of the format. They think it's mainly related to high def PPV and premium channels making the blu ray hardware and disc prices less attractive. Apparently lots of people see blu rays and don't notice a difference in clarity from an upconverted dvd (I gotta say that my samsung upconverter is pretty amazing). Anyway, just felt like throwing that out there. District 9 is one of the best movies I have seen in my lifetime.
