So the vikings signed some guy yesterday
Well i saw it coming for months. Makes me look forward to October 25th to watch a 40 year old man run for his life.

You don't have to wait til october for that. Just send a sexy myspace message to that nasty Pittsburgh chick along with directions to scott bush's house. Just make sure you sign it "Ginger Firecrotch".

So the Vikings signed some guy
My wife is all a flutter at the fact that Farve is back
I on the other hand could give two rats asses whether he came back or not. Everyone saw this coming and when someone on the Vikings said just the other day its a done deal and he will be here soon, I figured he was doin it behind the scenes so there would not be so much scrutiny on him coming out of retirement (AGAINX2).
Farve was a great quarterback, but this constant retirement/comeback bullshit is gettin old. He signed a two-year deal with Minnesota, let's all get on our knees and pray to God that when he finishes up those two years, he will either retire for a third time and stay away from the game or sign with someone like Detroit and maybe become a player coach. God knows they need all the help they can get.

He is a class act guy and does give the game a good name - Unlike some of the players - But when you retire and come back, then retire and come, then retire and come back; you have to make your mind up at some point ..DirtySanchez wrote:Why should he retire? He's still better than a lot of starting QB's. Tony Romo for example.
Music Rocks!
He looked awesome in that preseason game Monday night. The Vikes also have the best running back in the NFL, Peterson. They could go somewhere, considering they went 10-6 last year with a so-so QB.
But I still predict ole Brett will slow down at the end of the season, just like the past few years. Same thing happened to Joe Montana at the end of his career with Kansas City. He was great during the season, even led them to the playoffs, and then seemed to run out of energy and throw a lot of INTs.
