Let the broken rhetoric fly

I do feel good. What is wrong with some one not agreeing with the Pres? Should every person who is going to college be a liberal? What does being a christian have to do with this thread? I never said I hate the Pres. I just said that I do not agree with him. And you think the fact that I am christian should make me a liberal ? Where are the views that says I should ?tornandfrayed wrote:Dude, you proclaim yourself to be a christian. Evertime I see anything from you it makes me sad for you. Are you only filled with hate? Do you really believe that Jesus is fucking hot with your stupid ass bullshit?
Are you happy about anything? You go to school right? What are you majoring in? Do you do anything productive or are you only about negative shit?
I think that you are a really shitty X=Christian who gives the word "Christianity" a bad name. Fuck man, if I was thinking about faith and heard you I would be like WTF this guys a dick...
Not really what your opinions are other then always negative, shut the fuck up and get high o4r laid or whatever...
Oh and really man, I only hope that you feel good some day...
Here is someone who points his finger at someone for their beliefs. TYPICAL LIBERAL!!! You are not allowed to force your beliefs on them, however, they want you to allow them to do whatever!! Tornandfrayed, I will not publically attack you, I will however attack your politics.hicksjd9 wrote:Tornandfrayed,
The word Christian means "Christ like" by definition. Your language alone on this site betrays your profession of being "Christ Like." I have to assume that you feel you display Christ-like behaviors in other aspects of your life, but on a site where language is the only way people can get to know you, you are off to a rough start.
I know very few liberals who profess to be Christians. The liberal Christians I do know are nowhere near as leftist as you portray yourself to be on this site. Does it bother you that the vast majority of your fellow party members think your beliefs are fairy tales and a cancer in modern society? Traditional Christian beliefs certainly stand in the way of democratic party platforms. You know that, right? How does that make you feel?
I've been reading your posts for some time now, and I just can't figure you out. I don't mean it in a bad way, I just can't figure out how you meld your political and religious beliefs. I find it all very interesting.
I don't mean to be offensive, but your post to f. sparked my curiosity once again.
I am a Christian and some might say I'm a Liberal. PLEASE show me where the conflict exists.hicksjd9 wrote:Tornandfrayed,

Liberals seem to be the ones who are trying to get the government to help the helpless. I'm not sure how unselfish that really is. Isn't that just pushing your individual social and moral responsibility onto your government so you don't personally have to bother with it?
You are a man of action--so am I--and so are many people on both sides of the coin. I think we'd all be better off if we just forgot about what the stupid government was doing for awhile, put down our computers, and picked up a shovel.
