Stewart parody of Beck (too funny)

I don't think Beck is stupid, he's just dumbing down the issues to cater to the intellectual limitations of his audience. Why else would anyone carry on like that? John Stewart would completely destroy Beck in a heads up . Bill O'really, now there's a hawverd educated moron. O'Really was on John's show a while back, John took him apart. There was nothing left but a 6'4" evicerated frame

I'D LOVE to see Beck find the courage to sit across from John! Just once!

I don't buy that, Jon Stewart is a funny guy. I don't consider him to be politically savvy though. He knows how to make fun of people and he knows how to manipulate a story to be funny. Typical liberal-type stuff. I would love to see him and Glenn go at, because Glenn is just as funny but actually has real points about issues.

you don't watch much "Stewart" do you? He's has some real "heavy hitters" on his show like heads of state, ambassadors, well-read authors, previous secretarys of state.. Stewart can talk to them all! in THEIR language.

and funny, yes. that's called SATIRE and it takes REAL intellect to be funny AND right, in the same moment!

Like to see Beck do that . but, alas, Beck is mated to his "blackboard"

John Stewart has said several times that he is a satire host, nothing more nothing less.

the daily show is a comedy show. just because john stewart is a host of a comedy show doesn't mean he doesn't have opinions and his own views. fox with beck, oreally, and so on is a opinion talk show. Not news. to be news you can not be one sided other wise they are not providing full news stories.

Journalism requires objectivity. Fox is a NINO... News In Name Only.

They do have some actual news on occasionally, but the vast majority of the time, it's opinion.

Anybody see the latest South Park? Cartman is Glenn Beck. As usual, they have a little kernel of truth written in... that having a show doesn't make you an expert, or give you any authority outside your little peergroup... where have I heard this before?

Do you actually think that the main street media does not have a liberal viewpoint, therefore totally not objective?

If you are going to criticize one side, you ought to open your mind and criticize all who deserve it.

I think if you want to gain opinions read a book, watch documentaries, and ask questions (with a purpose or learning not just trying to argue), and don't turn to a one sided station to gain your opinions like a robot. Learn both sides before making a decision. Agree with points also disagree with other points on the parties. Most importantly i believe if you truly care about this country don't hope the president will fail...if you do that then you care more about this jock winning and losing, i told you so, crap then you do about the over all country.

Sounds like what Glenn Beck does....

I do look at both sides by the way, I happen to agree with more conservatives than liberals.
