Jazz Blues band from the Burgh

Felix told me about this band he saw recently at Moondogs. He could not stop talking about great the guitarist was, and he is only 23.

BTW, good luck again Hurricanes, one month away from your trip to Memphis to win the blues competition.

Thanks Bill. Many folks here get all upset at all the political posts. Here I start a thread about a very cool blues band from our state, and hardly anybody looks at it, and only you post on the topic. I do not get it.

they see the name of the OP and get scared off.

keep bumping it until it goes to 2 pages...then you'll get views because people will think you're fighting and want to check it out

23 years old? damn!

hey joe, all our (mine and georges) reservations are confirmed, we fly into memphis on the morning of the 22nd. we'll see you and jason down there. what day are you planning on getting there?

band competition starts at 4:00 friday. you'll need the event pass, the one for 70.00 dollors gets you into about everything that i want to check out., including the finals.

also want to check out the stax museum, possibly graceland and the site where MLK was killed. can do this kind of stuff during the day and then get ready to go support the canes wherever they're playing, + see all kinds of blues!

man, this is gonna be a good time.

glad to see Duquesne represent!
Joe Negri is awesome, and I've heard great things about the music recording and production studio programs!
And a great place to spend 4 or 5 years!

The lead singer (harp) is the hand surgeon who operated on my boyfriend. We were surprised to see that video, had no idea he did that.
