Finally wrote some new songs...and it feels good.

Both Recorded in Reaper. I wrote the drum patterns in midi, and triggered EZ drummer for the drum sounds. Then I replaced some drum sounds with ones I liked better.
In 'All is Lost', I didnt have a bass guitar, so I just played it on a gtr and dropped the pitch then processed it like I would any bass part.

That song also Has 3 keyboard parts. Im no pianist, so I kept my keyboard parts simple. There are no vocals, but there are some words to each song. They also might get a guitar solo or something. These are just ideas. Im no world class songwriter. Im just some guy. Eventually when the songs are complete ideas, id like to record them in a band environment. The drum parts can use a real drummer's touch for sure! I hope someone enjoys the songs.

I like them, especially "all is lost" You've always had a knack for writing spacey music.

Good hooka music .............My guitar just shreds this kinda stuff up...........Ever consider distributing some "jam-along" CD's ? Kinda like Band-in-a pocket type stuff?

Thanks for the comments everyone! Im really happy to have inspiration again. Its like seeing an old friend you havent seen in years.
Ive started working on another song. Its balls out metal. I have no clue how it will fit with these other two, but whatever.

Cool, im glad you liked it. Im nowhere near good enough to make jam cds I dont think. I dont have that many good ideas, haha. I could hook you up with the songs on cd if you want them to jam out to.
