What does that mean? I'm trying to send someone a PM and that message keeps coming up.

The private message table in the database was corrupted and had to be fixed. It should be OK now. There may be PM's in your inbox which can't be accessed, they are empty and should be deleted.
Please let me know if you find any other issues.
... and then the wheel fell off.
