Rocco is a force of nature. That entire live record is an example of what one guy with a bass can do. I've often said that Tower Of Power could be just him and a drummer, and I would still dig it tremendously. His playing defines DRIVE and tastefulness. Rock bassists really should get the record whether they like funk or not, it's a real eye-opener, and might make you look at bass from a different angle.--->JMS
