Definitely not a good place to lose stuff. It probably barely touched the road before someone got it all. Watch all the normal venues... second-hand stores, Craigslist, Ebay, etc., and Rockpage will be on the lookout, I'm sure.--->JMS

Keep an eye out at pawn shops like Vee-Jays and that other hole. Can't remember the name. Vee-Jays is across from Cobra's bar.

Hey guys, if you could help keep an eye out, that would be great. Eugene's a good guy, but can't keep looking around here, he lives in Pittsburgh. He already called the cops and knows the drill.

We told him to come here since we all know how it goes and don't like to see another guy lose his gear. Hopefully, things will work out.

Well, you definitely came to the right place, user 13. We fight, but we all unite on stuff like this. If it's offered for sale around here, you'll know about it.--->JMS

i am happy to say that this site appears to be bringing my ESP back to me. while i don't have it yet - a reconciliation appears imminent. thank you very much to those who helped, and to those who are helping. i owe yinz all big time.

I am sorry to say that i am still looking for the gibson.....and i wouldn't be upset if we found the black backpack & small metal box, too...

here's new info - the trailer door apparently opened up at the intersection of 22nd street & 7th avenue, and this is where the ESP fell out. we continued on the path below until we hit chestnut street, which is where we were informed the trailer was open. blame the gps for the moron route......

when we back-tracked, we picked up the bass guitar on 9th avenue between 9th & 11th streets (approx). it's hard to say if the gibson fell out before or after the bass. the bass was the closest the door, but the esp fell out first....weird....that bump musta been a doozie.

if anyone knows anyone who lives along this path - or knows someone who knows someone, etc..... - please share this information with them.

you guys are truly awesome.

Hey all - just re-posting & bringing this back to the top of the list....

i have since recovered, and now have in my posession, my ESP guitar, and by black backpack. thanks to the guys on this list who helped make this happen - may good things happen to you & yours forever and ever.

the black backpack was missing a few items, but plenty was returned with it, and i am very thankful.

if anyone sees or hears anything about the the red les paul shown above (note that pickup trim is now creme, and not black) - please let me know.

i will gladly reward anyone who has a hand in returning this guitar to its rightful home.

thanks again & take care,

eugene

It sucks that you've lost such precious items. It's very fortunate that you were able to at least recover some of it. Believe me, that doesn't often happen! If I find (and assuming I remember), I'll make a post on here!
