Music trivia - Consecutive years on the charts ..

This year marked a mile stone for a certain artist. This year marks the 30th consecutive year that they had a song in the top ten. (what I mean by that is that is this artist had a song in the top ten charts ever year for the past 30 years) Can you tell me who this artist is?
