We all know that 5150 is Eddies favorite number, he names almost everything after it. Does anyone know where 5150 came from?

It's the L.A. police code for the criminally insane.

It is a code which allows a qualified officer or clinician to involuntarily confine a person deemed to have a mental disorder that makes them a danger to him or her self, and/or others and/or gravely disabled. To commit the hold you have to be a qualified officer or a clinician.

The name come up when Eddies manager heard it used on a police scanner.
