Some one help me with this song. Who plays it?

I have this song in my head that will not go away: Last week I saw a commercial on tv with the music in the background, the song was saying, I think "Something Something Something" over and over again. Of course I could be wrong and they could have been saying something else, but that is what it sounded like. Can some one tell me who plays it and what the name of it is?

That is all I have. I been hoping to see it again, but haven't. I think it might be steppenwolf, but not really sure ..

[edit] I found it - It is Sookie, Sookie by Steppenwolf. On tv it sounded like he was saying something, something, something ..
