You know,... Everyone always says "If X player would've made this play" or "If Y player wouldn't've done that". As the scenarios change, you change the way you play. One little change in the dynamics means another changes entirely. Need an example?
Scenario:
2nd and 7, from the 40>. The defense lines up, showing full blitz. Your quarterback drops back
If the defense gets the sack, looking at 3rd and 11, your QB is probably going to shotgun with 3WRs
If they miss the sack and the pass is completed, at short yardage of 3rd and 2, you're probably going to give the ball to your RB. Let's continue, shall we?
3rd and 11: The defense sets up a zone. Your QB sets back to the gun, and draws the offense offsides. He then unloads a great pass down field
If his receiver catches the ball, he's brought down at the 7
If he misses, the QB is looking at 3rd and 6. On the repeat, he hurls a more accurate pass, and the receiver beats the defense for a touch down
3rd and 2: The defense preps a blitz again. Your QB takes a snap from I formation, hands the ball to the top running back. A linebacker comes through.
If the linebacker hits the RB, he drills the RB back 2 yards
If the RB shakes him, he runs up the field for 1st at the 25
Now imagine what would happen in the different situations after that. Believe me, the dynamics change play by play
With all this said, imagine how much greater the game changes when a team scores now vs. 3 clock minutes later. My father always says "If whomever would've made whatever play, they would've won". No, because as soon as the situation gives potential changes, you're automatically looking at a different scenario
Oh, and that reminds me...

I wouldn't be loyal to PA anyway. I only live here, and am by no means a Cheesehead. I was born and raised in Baltimore, and became an immediate Ravens fan upon their creation (although I'm also notably a 9er's and Cowboys fan), continuing to be so after moving up here, and I will continue to be. Don't assume, you ass
