It's a major bummer that people lost their jobs. Aside from that, I didn't like the game that much. I don't hate it on the level that the Angry Video Game Nerd hates bad games, but for me, it was like eating a pseudo-beef taco from Taco Bell after having eaten authentic Mexican cuisine (i.e., playing a real instrument on a real stage in front of real people). If other people dig it, there's nothing wrong with that. The games just never did anything for me when I played them.
But then again, I thought video gaming reached perfection with Xenogears.

I lost interest in video games when Tempest, Dig Dug, Galaga, and Pac Man went by the wayside at the arcade. Give me a good Pin Ball machine anyday.
The one thing I do like about those music video games is that it did inspire my son to get a real guitar.

I couldn't play that game to save my life after playing the real thing for so long. I remember when Eddie Trunk was really plugging this game probably 6 years ago. All of his hard work down the tubes.
