At last a holiday I can relate to! I have been a good boy, so maybe the Fo' Twenty Bunny was good to me... or Satan Claus or whoever's in charge of that! ---->JMS

Uh, I don't get it. I'll still have a toke, though.

In honor of 420, here's a little story I was just told about today.

We had some younger neighbors who moved into the house of a lady who passed away, about half a block away from me. These people were in their 20's, and threw a few parties, were noisier and rowdier, and the police even showed up at their door a few times. These people just moved out of the house a month or two ago, and the house is up for rent/sale again.

Next door to this house lives another elderly neighbor, a spinster-type lady who pretty much keeps to herself, and doesn't understand some of the things going on with the younger generations. She was talking with another one of my neighbors, and they got on the subject of the younger folks who had just vacated the house next to her.

She remarked to my neighbor that these younger folks must have been "very poor," because she saw them all sitting out on the back porch one afternoon, and they were all "sharing the same cigarette!" (Like they could only afford one cigarette!)

Something tells me that cigarette wasn't tobacco...

Many years ago, one of my friends in another town lived with, and helped take care of his grandmother. The grandmother told other relatives sometimes that "Bobby" would come home late & must have been crying since his eyes were red. She figured it was girlfriend trouble. Little did she know that he was having a great time.

By the way, my birthday was 4/20, but I didn't celebrate. Don't ask how old. :)
