It wasn't all the drugs she took. It was stopping the alcohol.

I have a really hard time believing that. We will know for sure when the tox test comes back.

I never heard of anyone dying from quitting drinking cold turkey. I know people who were heavy drinkers that quit cold turkey. Nothing happen to them.

alchohol is the only drug withdrawl that can kill ya, but i doubt even Winehouse could have done that by 27 years old. i declare shenanigans!

No, actually detoxing from alcohol is much more dangerous than drug withdrawal. Don't know why, but I've heard this as a fact several times that a person is closer to death kicking boose than hardcore drugs. I would imagine, that you'd have to have had a pretty intense drinking problem for it to affect you in this way.

She had no trouble going out all fucked up on whatever in front of cameras. She had no reason to stop doing anything. Her hit song was about never going to rehab for shit's sake.

Even if thats what she died from...how can people do all that damage to themselves and expect to live long?

Shit has warning and stats for a reason.
Dont be surprised when the gun to your head goes off when you pull the trigger. Drinking, smoking & doing drugs will kill you. Isnt that common knowledge?

You probably would. But if you have it that intense; I would think that the drinking alone would kill you.

Kieth, I think we can all pretty much agree that it was an overdose that killed her.

I was simply saying that choices that have death warnings lead to death, but no one cares. Its better just to act shocked when something bad happens. Thats all.
