Jerry Lawler Collapses

Post by Don Hughes »

During the live WWE RAW broadcast, Jerry Lawler collapsed during a match with Kane and Daniel Bryan vs The Prime Time Players. Early reports say that it is either a stroke or a heart attack. At last report going off the air, he was being given a CAT scan.

I had to do a double-take and make sure the date wasn't 2002 on this post.

I didn't know he was still at it.

I was watching Raw, and it was very scary. Jerry had wrestled earlier in the evening and went down about an hour after his match was over. His broadcast partner, Michael Cole, was nearly in tears as he explained what was happening. Latest update is that it was a heart attack. Jerry is in a Montreal hospital and had a stent put in this morning. He is expected to make a full recovery.
Dood...

He will be making a full recovery, but he won't be wrestling anymore.
