THAT'S RIGHT!!!!

Awesome cover art on their 1990 "Stick It To Ya" album! And that drummer guy Blas could twirl the shit out of a drumstick!!!! Gotta love that! :D
And Dana Strum is a seriously underrated bass player. That guy has taste and groove!

I agree with Kent about Opeth. They are an extremely talented band, but it always felt like their arrangements were too disjointed for me. Vision of Disorder is another band that comes to mind whom I could never get into because it always felt like they would set up of motif in one of their songs and then change gears.

It's a cool list, nonetheless, but I really would have loved to have seen a Testament album on there. They are definitely a an influential metal band and I think that there longevity has proven that they are serious contenders. When most of their peers were soften their sound to be more commercial, they came out with Low, the heaviest album of their career...then they got even heavier with The Gathering.

There should have been some Bolt Thrower and Cannibal Corpse in there, too.

I didn't see Exodus or Testament on there-they've been around since the 80's. I'd like to think they've influenced some people along the way!!
