Just wondering if anyone went to the Nevermind Nirvana Tribute Band at the Pony Lounge in Johnstown this past Saturday. Was wondering how they were and if it drew a crowd?

I wasn't even aware of it. We never get the Tribune-Democrat on this side of the hill any more, except at one newspaper kiosk in the Logan Valley Mall. (And I'm noticing that most Altoona Sheetz locations don't even stock the Centre Daily Times any more.) If I want to find out about shows happening in Johnstown, I either have to hope they get posted on Rockpage, the venues post them on their websites (if I remember to surf the sites to see what's happening), or drive up the hill to Cresson and snag a copy of the Trib somewhere.

A Nirvana tribute could be interesting. Hopefully it did well, and the Pony gets them back at some point.
