some idiot hit my mom

with a car when she was doing her daily walk around town and drove off. Luckily although my mom doesnt remember this now she got home (it happened right by our house) she called my gram and said the name of the guy who did it to her. By the time my gram got there she didnt even remember what happened or who my dad was. They rushed her to the hospital then life flighted her to the Hershey hospital. She got released 2 days after it happened. Somehow she only had a concusion and bruised brain and some stitches in her head, didnt break any bones or anything. They then found the guy who did it who lives right up the road and the windshield was smashed in on his car and the mirror was broke off and he keeps continuing to lie, first it was a rock, then after the police asked why a rock would bleed he said it was an animal. My mom could have went in the house took a nap and never woke up for all he knows. I hope Karma is real and he gets his. I couldnt even make it in time to visit her becuase we are on tour in Florida right now so I felt really bad. We knew she was gonna be ok but still made me feel shitty. Blahh sorry for the rant.

Glad she's doing good though, she would probably rather see you finish your tour, mothers are like that.

haha yeah thats actually what she said to me. If it woulda been any worse though to where she wouldnt have been ok I woulda drove back home.

I hope the police took a blood sample off the windshield to compare it with your Mom's so they could nab this guy. If they didn't, you need to raise hell with them.
