One year since "Fat" Vinny passed away...
At the Blues Jam last night we (everyone in attendance) had the pleasure of having the "Wise Guys" in the crowd. They haven't played together since Vinny passed away. They, and Brian Couples, at our request, played some songs in Vinny's memory. It was a great moment. Thanks Guys !

Yeah... Amazing how time flies. I only ever got the pleasure to see him and the Wise Guys once. Still can't believe it's been a year already since his passing. I never got to know him, but I'd heard his and his bands' name so many times throughout the time I've been up here. You can tell who the greater or worse people to know are by how often you hear about them before seeing them for yourself. And usually, their reputation follows how you hear about them. In this case, this gentleman built up quite the good reputation throughout Altoona

RIP
There is a very talented very young group that Eric made a lasting impression on enough for them to name the band after him.
If you ever get the chance to see or play out wit EVK, take advantage of it!
