Tyrone Police officer rear ends another car. Witnesses said he couldn't restart his car so he got out and ran away.
When Police show up he came back to the scene, with glassy eyes and he had trouble standing. He told police he was so nervous after the wreck he ran home and had three beers to calm down before coming back to get his car.
