1996 GIBSON LES PAUL- Price drop. BUY ME!!!

Post by MOONDOGGY »

I bought this from a friend to help him out with rent and promised him I'd hold on to it for 6 months, just in case he wanted to buy it back. That was 8 months ago, and now I have a honeymoon and house repairs to save for.

I was told it was all original, but I don't understand the chrome bridge and p/ups, but gold Kluson style tuners. It's a players' instrument. The top is in great condition except the typical clear coat checking/cracking. In some light, it's noticeable, in other lighting, it's not. The back is also great. There are 3 small dents and chips along the sides and edges. It does not have the typical finish crack around the neck heel. The worst flaw is the clear coat flaking off on the headstock face and fretboard edges. I tried to photograph all flaws, so see for yourself:

Price: $650 $600. I have a decent gigbag that I can steal from another guitar for $15.

Price drop. I want rid of this. I'm a bass player and can't do jack with a guitar. It's just taking up space.
