Y&T were/are a pretty good band. RIP ..

Just listened to some early 80's Y&T a few days ago. Menniketti (sp?) wrote some great rock songs, plays well, sings great, and you have to hand it to them for longevity: They started WAY back, I think in the early 70's, and as I recall were called Yesterday & Today. They played alongside legends, and always covered the spread, as far as putting on an entertaining show.

I remember seeing them open up for AC/DC around 1986 or so?

If not AC/DC then it was someone else. That show may have been with Malmsteen.
