I got a really good deal on a Fender Strat neck this past summer (Thanks Kayla!) and i'm finally getting around to putting the rest of the guitar around it. I went with a nice heavy northern ash body. I got a blank allparts pearloid pickguard because i'm going to do something a little different. I'm going to have a humbucker at the bridge, and a single coil at the neck, and a single push/pull volume knob that will act as the pickup selector. It seems like just getting started on something seems to be the hardest thing to do sometimes? Why is that????
