Hello Everyone,

Here is the recap of the September 22 edition of 105.9 Qwik-Rock's weekly local music program, "The Homegrown Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM on Lion Country's Rock Station, 105.9 Qwik-Rock. The show can also be streamed via Qwik's website, www.1059qwikrock.com.

This week, we stayed with the mailboxes and explored more new recordings that have arrived in recent days! We again featured lots more new music, debuting new tunes from John Edwin Phelps, Bushmaster feat. Gary Brown, Dan Stonerook, Shannon Marsyada, Justin Wade, Robin and Bob, Roadkill, Suicide Puppets, The Ne'er Do Wells, Nate Gates and All Birds Are Bad. Along the way, we updated "Local Music News," dug a 1994 number from Pittsburgh's Brownie Mary from the archive for a "Local Music Flashback," stepped "Across State Lines" to hear a tune from Buffalo, New York's PA Line!

Here is this week's playlist:
