Hello Everyone,

Here is the recap of the August 21 edition of "The Homegrown Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM on Q94 Classic Rock!

It was back to the mailboxes as we again checked for new local and regional musical recordings that have arrived in recent days and weeks! This meant that more new area songs made their debut - we introduced new tunes from Buffalo Rose, Matt Smolko, Gabe Stillman, Steve Treado, Jukehouse Bombers, Infused, Tom Nevers Field, Eternal Frequency, Threshold Of Insanity, Dr. Chance Bartleby and The Stone Eye! We also updated "Local Music News," dug out a 2003 number from Altoona's Sounddriven for a "Local Music Flashback," and stepped "Across State Lines" to check out music from Eugene, Oregon's Egotones! (For those who missed the program, a four-part podcast of this show is available for listening or download from Q94's website, www.q94classicrock.com. Click on "The Professor's Classroom," and then scroll down to "Homegrown Rocker Podcast" and look for the four show segments marked with the date, 082122.)

Here is this week's playlist:
