Sabine claims to have invented a "sub-audible noise generator". Yes they have created an RTA/auto-EQ device that continuously monitors the room-EQ and adjusts for changes like when an empty room fills up with people.
Its called the "REAL-Q2" Real time adaptive equalizer.

I just checked it out, Looks like a good tool. I'm guessing its pretty pricey though. |
