How do you get a CD thats stuck in a car CD player out? I've been listening to Black Label Society's Blessed Hellride for a month straight, and I think it's time to listen to something else.....

is it literally stuck in the cd player? or the plaesure of the music to your ear won't let it out of the cd player?

There's usually a button recessed inside a small hole on the front of the deck. If you push it (with the tip of a paper clip or something similar), it should eject the disc and reset the entire unit (you lose all settings, presets, etc.) I've had to do it a few times.

I tried to find an online service or owner's manual, but to no avail.

One thing you may want to check... Car stereos have two 12V power lines, one that is switched (usually red) and one that provides a constant 12V source (usually yellow).

Some companies use the constant 12V source to power the CD eject mechanism. You would also have a clock that doesn't keep time.

I'd check both of those lines for power. There should also be a secondary eject mechanism, but without a manual, I can't find out what it is.

Everything is fine getting power wise....I think I'm just gonna pull it out and see if I can get the CD out...if not, I'll put a round of .22 bullets in it....
