In Local Music News.

The band Backstreet Law is looking for actors and actresses to appear in a video the band will shoot next month. The group needs three actors and actresses to volunteer to appear in the video for the song "Til December" from their new album, "Frustrated." The video will be shot in the Frackville area in east central PA in mid-July. Any interested actors and actresses can find out more by visiting Backstreet Law's website, www.backstreetlaw.com.

The Dubois heavy metal band SeVer has changed bass players. Jason Geer has exited the band, and Matt Craig replaces him.

The band 3 Broken Dolls has decided to take some time away from area stages to concentrate on writing and recording their next CD. Watch for that new CD to appear towards autumn.

A special benefit concert happened this past Saturday at Reedsville Youth Park near Lewistown.
