So long as they are different channels, it should work, right?

I was kinda worried about how close the frequencies get before 2 of them interfere but I see channel frequencies from the same manufacturer can be even closer so looks like its OK

If either of the transmitters have been abused, or are old, they will shift frequency, and may interfere. Your best bet is to take them to the practice room and run them simultaneously; this will probably be the smallest room you will use them in, and if they work there, they'll work anywhere. Plus, 5mhz is a pretty big gap for FM transmission. Your car radio's separation is even less.

I'm running a Shure wireless headset at 598MHZ and wireless guitar at 603MHZ per their "approved usage" with no problem. A 5MHZ spread in VHF frequencies is like a 15MHZ spread at UHF frequencies, so you shouldn't have any problem.
