Hello Everyone,

Here is the recap of the February 27 edition of "The Homegrown Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM on Q94 Classic Rock!

This week, we welcomed the return of a band that last appeared as guests on this program in April, 2004, as members of Altoona-based rock group Infused paid us a visit! Shawn Huss, Rod Skelley and Dave Carles updated us on their endeavors since that 2004 visit, and we discussed and heard songs from their recently-released new album, Audio Epiphany! The group also performed a song live for us, and shared a new song that will be on their next CD, expected out later this year! We also checked out new tunes from Matt Otis & the Sound and Paradigm, updated "Local Music News" and dug a 2002 tune by Electric Blue from the archive for a "Local Music Flashback!" (For those who missed the program, a four-part podcast of this show is available for listening or download from Q94's website, www.q94classicrock.com. Click on "The Professor's Classroom," and then scroll down to "Homegrown Rocker Podcast" and look for the four show segments marked with the date, 022722.)

Here is this week's playlist:

HOUR ONE:

BLOOD UNION - "A World Apart"
INFUSED - "Love Withers Away"
MATT OTIS & THE SOUND - "Morning Light"

PARADIGM - "DNB"
INFUSED - "Missing You" (performed live in the studio)

We'll welcome another guest on our next program, as Johnstown-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Christian James will join us in the studio! Christian will discuss his musical career to date, and share some of his recorded songs with us, plus bring a guitar and do one live! We'll also update "Local Music News," dig out a "Local Music Flashback" from the archive, and review Brother Jack's Busted Banjo album in "The Professor's CD Corner!" Hear the "Homegrown Rocker" this Sunday night (March 6) on Q94 Classic Rock - 94.3 FM and online at www.q94classicrock.com!
