Hello Everyone,

Here is the recap of the October 16 edition of "The Homegrown Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM on Q94 Classic Rock!

Thanks to this week's guest, Davey Blowers of Clearfield County horror punk-metal rockers Less Than Zero, for paying us a visit! We found out about Less Than Zero's beginnings and career so far, plus checked out songs from the group's just-released first album, Rotten! We also introduced new songs from Threshold Of Insanity and Anthrophobia, updated "Local Music News," dug a 2003 number by Lehigh Valley rockers Poker Face from the archive for a "Local Music Flashback," and stepped "Across State Lines" to hear a song by Baltimore area rockers Offensive! (For those who missed the program, a four-part podcast of this show is available for listening or download from Q94's website, www.q94classicrock.com. Click on "The Professor's Classroom," and then scroll down to "Homegrown Rocker Podcast" and look for the four show segments marked with the date, 101622.)

Here is this week's playlist:

HOUR ONE:

ROADKILL - "Wreck My Right Arm"
POST TRAUMATIK - "Flight of the Mothman"
LESS THAN ZERO - "Heebie Jeebies"
THRESHOLD OF INSANITY - "Profound"
LESS THAN ZERO - "Blackout"
THE SNIPPED - "All We Know"
LESS THAN ZERO - "438"
ETERNAL FREQUENCY - "Breathe In, Breathe Out"
THE HEATHEN PARADE - "Dead Heat (For Dead Last)"
ALMOST HONEST - "Keystone"

HOUR TWO:

ANTHROPHOBIA - "Running Out of Time" (live)
ABSTENTIOUS - "14 Weeks"
LESS THAN ZERO - "Asylum"
INSIDE OUT - "Kiss Of Death"
LESS THAN ZERO - "Really Rotten"
POKER FACE - "Break the Control" (2003, Local Music Flashback)
LESS THAN ZERO - "Wake Me Up When I Die"
OFFENSIVE - "Babylon" (Across State Lines)
SMALL TOWN TITANS - "Rufflin' Feathers"

With more new local and regional recordings arriving in recent days, we catch up with those recordings on our next program! Hear new songs from Memory Collector, Images Of Eden, Eternal Frequency, Pieces Of Reason, Yigga Digga, Lucid Yooth & the Cubensis Lenses, Dr. Chance Bartleby and more! We'll also dig a "Local Music Flashback" from the archive, and step "Across State Lines" to hear another piece of music from an independent band or artist from outside Pennsylvania! Hear the "Homegrown Rocker" this Sunday night (October 23) on Q94 Classic Rock - 94.3 FM and online at www.q94classicrock.com!
