Hello Everyone,

Here is the recap of the January 26 edition of Q94's weekly local music program, "The Backyard Rocker," which airs every Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM on WBRX 94.3 and WBXQ 94.7.

Football fanatic that I am, I was predictably missing in action this week to catch the big game between the Bucs and Raiders. Instead, the Q94 2003 Calendar Girls took over the "Backyard Rocker" for the annual Super Bowl Widow's Special, and featured tunes from their favorite area bands and artists. Along the way, the girls featured a new Groundhog Day song by the Pixie Chicks, "Punxsutawney Phil," along with new music from Weapons for Peace and By Any Means Necessary, a flashback to 2000 for Dragon Fire, local music news and more. Thanks to Calendar Girls Stephanie, Billie Jo, Dawn, Jenn, Lisa, Paula, Tracie, Ann, Sara, Kim and both Jessica's for a job well done!

The playlist:

HOUR ONE:

THE WHISTLEPIGS - "Rockin' the Knob"
THE PIXIE CHICKS - "Punxsutawney Phil"
JUICED - "Seven"

SKELL - "Dope"
BROKEN NECK - "Driveby"
INSULT TO INJURY - "My Ms. Fortune"
EMILY'S TOYBOX - "Angels Falling"
EMILY'S TOYBOX - "Dear"
