The Corner of Sunset Strip and Wow
On a rare Saturday off I ventured out to see Sunset Strip.
What a great 3 dollar vaction.
It was hard for me to think of these guys as one of the new bands on the block when they sounded the way they did tonight..
Great Job guys.

Oh man, that sucks!! Did he get it back up and runnin yet?Jimi Hatt wrote:Thanks for the kind words! All credit goes to the Shadow. Saturday was his first official gig with the Strip, and he came through like a champ despite his prize Plexi taking an unexpected stage dive.
Just had my Marshall at Terry's about 1-2 months ago. Mike, his repair tech, did and amazing job on mine. That dude knows his Marshalls, so I recommend him if he needs someone?

That's a relief for sure! I was seriously about to cry when mine quit on me.
It is discontinued so I was fearing not being able to find parts etc..
Just getting all worked up for nothing, but it's my baby! You guys understand.
Anyway, glad that the band is going smoothly and the line up change has worked out for you guys also. Wish you guys the best and i hope it continues to go great!

yes we still got mulligan and he's not going anywhere. we finally got a solid lineup that wants to play a decent sized schedule, so hopefully no more changes.DirtySanchez wrote:I need to check this guys out.
Is Mulligan still in the Band?

cool
Yeah, your right dude!. We need to add some Dio into the mix. The Last in line is an awesome choice. All though I like just about anything from Dio. Most of the Dio stuff will be hard to pull off without keys, but I'm sure we can find something rockin by Dio to play.metalchurch wrote:I never saw them yet, can't wait to though! I've heard good things!
You guys gotta do some Dio for me, like 'The Last in Line'.

Come and rock out with us sometime bro!

Rock on!!!

Those are 2 fine choices for sure! Anything by Dio/Sabbath/Rainbow would be cool to hear. Whena nd if I ever get something going I wanna do 'Last in Line' or 'Man on the Silver Mountain', maybe 'Sign of the Southern Cross' or even 'Shame on the Night'Possessed wrote:How about "WE ROCK" That is an awsome song.
If you don't want keys do something like "NEON KNIGHTS"
I have heard a lot of good things about this band I can't wait to check them out.
I really dig the setlist of Sunset, and HF1, there's some good stuff in there!
