~~I have a 22 month old daughter and a 3 month old son that always make me smile but my daughter's reaction when i come home from work or wherever i may be is about the best feeling in the world!!

~~ Pictures of my family i have in my office at work

~~ The hit Hines Ward had on Kieth Rivers 2 weeks ago(Bengal's linebacker)

~~ Sometimes i smile for no reason.....i have a grin that make people nervous for some reason...

not real silly things but smiles nonetheless

By the way, just to let everyone know, my daughter finally came home from the hospital yesterday after 2 long months of being in there. That makes me smile also!
Congrats on your little girl coming home...THAT just made me smile.

- The "woo woo woo" sound my dogs make when we are walking in the door, not just a regular bark...one that you know means they are happy to see us..

- A call from my neices to say they are coming in and actually want to see me since they are at that age when it's not cool to hang with your aunt.

-A great day out on the golf course with my dad and Jerrod

-To hear my horse whinny when I walk into the barn and call her name....

-the fact that I still have both of my parents alive and I can tell them I love them each day.

And last but not least, while driving to the barn, I talk to the little chippys and squirrel as I tell them to hurry up and move so I don't run them over...any of the creatures in the woods make me smile....
If you have an EGO, go look in the mirror, then you will realize you shouldn't.

- that beautiful "ping" you get when you crank a beautiful tee shot.

-having a really good game of Halo and going "+ double digits"

-when you finally figure out that last part of a song that's been giving you trouble for a while

-a good cup of coffee
If I ever see an amputee getting hanged... I'm just gonna start yelling out letters...

Anybody noticing a pattern? Home, family, and an appreciation for living in a nice place. Despite the pressures and pitfalls of the current financial and political hard times, the people I consider my peers are happy and appreciative of their lot in life.
That's one of the things I like about musicians... there'll be plenty of time later to think about the bad notes we've played, for now, we just enjoy playing the song.
That makes me smile, too.--->JMS

Care Bears, Buzz Lightyear, a Cowboy and a Princess, oh my! Several groups arrived during a 10 minute phone call and other than make certain all the treats didn't get wiped out in one fell swoop, I paid more attention to the person I was speaking to. I may have missed her, if you traversed my street. I swear, no matter how much candy I buy every year, and I buy ever more every year...in an hour and 10 minutes or so, it's gone! :)

It's things like this that help prevent me from becoming a complete pessimist towards humanity. Well said, sir. Bravo. :D

What you said reminds me of a scene from one of my favorite movies, "Immortal Beloved", where Beethoven is instructing Anna Marie, and he tells her, ""A mistake is nothing, but the fact that you thump out the notes without the least sensitivity to their meaning is unforgivable, and your lack of passion is unforgivable."

Passion is what it's all about. Enjoying the song (of life).
"This above all: to thine own self be true."

the smell of a new car.
the smell of new shoes.

When you are jamming at practice and it is just slamming! High energy, and it's all coming together. That moment when someone just yells out of turn "Yeah!" (or in my case "F**king right! Ah! I want to punch kittens!") and just starts jamming harder. I love that.
