Yeah there is.

The cover is on Nativity in Black Volume 1 (Tribute to Sabbath)

And it's some kind of Industrial/techno stuff that doesn't do justice to Sabbath one bit.

In my opinion.

I've known about 1000 Homo DJ's for quite some time. It's actually Al Jourgensen from Ministry and Trent Reznor of NIN working together. Ministry made fun Trent's early works saying "It sounds like 1000 homo dj's." Then they worked together. I have the EP.

Has anyone heard Jungle Funk covering Aquarius? Very tripped out.

Kittie doing Run Like Hell by Pink Floyd. Just terrible. The only good cover of a Floyd song is Shadows Fall doing Welcome to the Machine!

We used to play a song in the early 70's called "Hernando's Hideaway". It went over great at the old Saint Francis Frat Parties after the beer was flowing.

Here is a version of it. Actually, I'd like to do it again.

I remember someone on here posting a video of Slayer covering "Born To Be Wild" and it was quite weird. Not very good either IMO, whether you like Slayer or not.

That might have been me. It's a definite a "non metal moment" for Slayer.
Their cover of Sabbath's "Hand of Doom" rules however....

I liked that better than the original, because it had more emotion to it.
I also liked Johnny's version of U2's "One" as well.

Worst ever? If it's not that god-awful Slayer version of Born to be Wild - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZ1JIO6TQyA

it's Marilyn Manson's Highway to Hell. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBArk3IQNek
You have to skip ahead in the youtube video to hear the Manson version. Ugh. Just terrible...............

Weirdest? Anything off the Pat Boone "In a Metal Mood" album, such as: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8zi4oFd ... re=related

AGREED!! LOL!

My fave is probably "Me and Julio down by the Schoolyard" covered by Me first and The Gimmee Gimmees. Their cover of "sunday Morning Comin Down" rules as well though.

This is weird, but I like it a lot...its Faith No More combining Chris Isaak's Wicked Game with the Exploited's Sex and Violence. Believe it or not, the 2 songs work well together and its awesome.
