I agree with the judge in this. Not barring Kid for what he does for the troops, that is good that he does that. But the judge does have a point, and I would have probably done the same thing.
He got into a brawl at the Waffle House? Getting into a fight at the Whiskey or CBGB's would be cool, but the fuckin' Waffle House? C'mon! Next thing you know, Kid Rock will be indicted for doing blow in the bathroom of Chucky Cheese's.
